  • Returns and Exchanges

Return policy

We hope all customers could be satisfied with transactions.

We are glad to accept return or exchange within 60 days of the order date. Return items must be unworn, unwashed in their original sale condition. We don’t afford the pre-paid label. Customers should be responsible for return shipping cost. (Return caused by seller such as wrong item or broken item, we will take the full responsibility.)

How to make a return or exchange?

Upon receipt your item we will solve it within two business days.

We will give you the new tracking number about the exchange item.

All refunds for qualifying returns will be credited back to the same card or PayPal account that was used for the transaction.

We offer Free standard shipping on all orders. If you want to receive your item sooner, we also offer expedited shipping. Charges will be based on total order weight.
